More House School
Rated Outstanding yet again in all areas by Ofsted in March 2023 for both its boarding and educational provision, More House School is an independent boarding and day school, recognised internationally as a centre of excellence in supporting intelligent boys aged eight to 18 to transform their futures and overcome the barriers posed by Specific Learning Difficulties, Developmental Language Disorder and associated SEND conditions, by empowering them. Although an independent school with some privately funded pupils, many have Education, Health and Care (EHC) plans in place funded by local authorities.
More House School is a registered charity and, with 515 students, is the largest and leading school for pupils with special educational needs in the United Kingdom. It is set within thirty acres on the edge of the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and delivers a very rich, mainstream, academic curriculum for bright pupils who are disadvantaged by specific SEND.
