All team members perform on four disciplines: set floor & set vault, plus voluntary floor and voluntary vault. The scores are then totalled to give a team score and also individual scores. Rules are mainly based on the I.S.G.A. 4 Piece competition and can be found on this website under the ISA rules tab.
There is also a separate synchronised Group Sequence competition for girls in both age groups, if time allows.
An Over 11 girls’ salver is competed for by invitation, if time and space allows.

The text shown in the Girls’ rules is the correct interpretation of the U9 and U11 set floor sequences. It is important that coaches study the rules in full. The videos below are a guide to how they should be performed. The first video in each age group is the set floor performed without any bonuses.

Sporting opportunities: ISA Sport Leaflet
Only schools whose Head is a Member with ISA are eligible to enter these competitions. Please contact our membership department to enquire about joining ISA.
Please make every effort to avoid withdrawing from a sporting event without exceptional circumstances. Late cancellations cause significant disruption to the planning of events, can negatively impact on others left in the competition and often sees additional financial costs for ISA to absorb. Upon entry, please ensure the event is not likely to overlap with any existing school commitments, and make sure your head teacher is aware of your visit.
