Success for Ursuline as they march into National Finals
On Friday 18 January, the Ursuline Preparatory School Brentwood entered children from the Junior classes into the ISA East Anglia Cross Country event at Finborough School in Suffolk.
Despite the very early start and falling temperatures, the children all ran extremely well. A special mention goes to Rosie and to Joseph (year 4) who both won their respective races, they will go forward to represent East Anglia in the ISA National competition in Rugby later this year.
Mr Lewis, Head of Boys PE and Mrs Wilson, Headmistress, both attended the event and are very proud of the children and the effort they all put in to each of their races as well as the way they conducted themselves around Finborough School. The competition was very tight and they are delighted that two of the children came away with a gold medal.
