Joy all around for students and families at Heathfield Knoll School after outstanding GCSE and BTEC results
The Class of 2023 at Heathfield Knoll School today learned that they’d overcome all the challenges they’d faced in recent years with outstanding GCSE and BTEC results.
Heathfield Knoll School is an all-through day school in Kidderminster, taking pupils right from Nursery through to 18. Happiness takes the forefront at Heathfield Knoll, in an environment that embraces all aspects of a child’s development.
Despite disruption owing to the pandemic over the last couple of years, this Heathfield Knoll cohort earned a 91% pass rate, with a quarter of all grades being achieved at 7-9.
Relief and joy were evident as pupils and their families collected results today, but with the hard work and perseverance that this group showed there really was nothing to worry about at all.

Lawrence Collins, Headteacher, added how ‘extremely proud’ he is of the Year 11s:
“We are delighted with the results and congratulate all of our Year 11 leavers. We are extremely proud of this cohort who were as affected as previous years by Covid-19 but who have been marked against pre-pandemic standards.”
