Hampton Court House takes number one spot in London Borough of Richmond for progress made at A level

The independent school in East Molesey, Hampton Court House, has in recent years been hurtling up the rankings. In the Summer of 2018 Hampton Court House was also ranked first on the Independent Schools Council league tables of small independent schools. In its second year of offering A levels the school is ranked 1st in the borough for the progress made by 16-18 year olds by comparing their A level results to those of other students with similar results to them at GCSE. Of the 2625 sixth forms in England with at least ten students taking A levels last summer HCH ranks10th and is the highest ranked independent school in the London area. Jon Hind, the school’s Head of Teaching and Learning said, “We are delighted to have achieved these results without compromising the curriculum we offer, we put our pupils’ wellbeing at the heart of our ethos and the results follow”.
