Dr Kiran Nijabat graduated from Guys’, King’s and St.Thomas’ Medical school in 2008 and gained an Intercalated BSc in Management from Imperial Business School. A psychiatrist with a special interest in child and adolescent psychiatry, Kiran is passionate about mental wellness and uses her expertise to educate children, adolescents, their families and professionals through workshops and CPD accredited courses.
Dr Nijabat has developed 6 CPD accredited training courses including Mental wellness for teachers, Mental wellness in children and young people, Building Resilience, neuro-developmental disorders, eating disorders and self- harm/ suicide.
She has received outstanding feedback both nationally and internationally for her work and strives to be at the forefront of mental health education.
William Wadsworth is a memory psychologist (Cambridge University, First Class) who empowers students to learn smarter – not necessarily harder! – using the science of effective learning. His obsession with academic success began early (10 A*s at GCSE and 6 As at A level), and has since led him to become a respected independent researcher (Revision Census 2020 / 2022), speaker and study skills trainer for leading schools across the UK, and even technology pioneer, as the brains behind the game-changing memory consolidation app Memlock. Hilary is currently teaching part time on the B.A Hons Drama Degree at the university of East Anglia and working as an arts in education specialist with her creative team from The Ministry Of Imagination. ‘We put the magic into learning’ says Hilary. “Over many years I have developed a system of creative processes that unlock people’s potential and take them on a journey of personal development to find their own unique path in life and their own story.” It is this experience and expertise that Hilary brings to the conference.

Claire Walker is the Headteacher of Lumiar UK, a progressive primary school for 42 children where we are reimagining education.
As Headteacher and Director of Education, she is responsible for both the operational running of the school and creating an exciting, inspiring, and genuinely progressive education for our students.
