Course aims:
  • To equip TAs with confidence that they can make a noticeable difference to students' learning
  • To empower TAs to take ownership of their interactions with students
  • To provide TAs with the tools to improve their practice in promoting independent learning in students
Delegates will learn:
  • How to promote persistence and resilience in students
  • How to support students to overcome a fear of failure
  • How to instil in students the importance of learning for learning sake, and to view challenges as part of the learning process
