A practical-based workshop which focuses on providing a framework for those challenging conversations which punctuate the lives of those in teaching.
Aims of the course
To prepare staff for those challenging conversations by offering both a framework and importantly, to practise this in a safe environment.

How to improve confidence in handling tough conversations
How to recognise the effectiveness of having a model in mind
To understand why we tend to avoid these conversations in the first place!
